Kingdom Capital prepares private capital programme

Kingdom Capital today confirmed the preparation of an initial private capital programme, structured exclusively for qualified, sophisticated and high net worth investors and deployed through dedicated Mauritius based special purpose vehicles.

The programme will combine senior secured private notes, structured credit and selected co investment opportunities across logistics, real estate, energy and trade finance in primary African markets. Each transaction will sit within a ring fenced SPV with independent oversight and quarterly investor reporting as standard.
