Independent Investment Committee composition confirmed

Kingdom Capital has confirmed the independent composition of its Investment Committee. The committee now operates with a majority of independent members and a documented scoring framework applied to every transaction the platform underwrites.

All capital deployment decisions across notes, credit and equity exposures require formal committee approval. Minutes, scoring rationale and conflicts protocols are retained as part of the platform's institutional record and are reviewable by external audit.

The committee meets on a defined monthly cadence with additional sessions convened for time sensitive transactions.
