    Digital Capital Infrastructure

The operating system for private capital

Private capital needs reliable records as well as sound investment decisions. Our digital infrastructure approach connects investor documentation, ownership records, payments and reporting so responsibilities are clear and information can be checked.

    Engage

Review the platform under formal investor diligence.

    Thesis

    Operations are the product

In private markets, investor experience is determined less by deal selection alone and more by the integrity of the operating stack that surrounds it, how subscriptions clear, how cash moves, how statements reconcile, how exceptions are handled.

The traditional private capital operating model is a relay race between fund administrators, custodians, banks, auditors, and spreadsheet bound back offices. Each handoff introduces latency, reconciliation risk, and an opportunity for the investor record to drift from the underlying truth.

Digital Capital Infrastructure replaces that relay with a single, governed platform. Issuance, registry, custody coordination, settlement, and reporting share one canonical ledger and one identity model. Every workflow, from a USD subscription to a local currency drawdown to a quarterly capital account, references the same primitives.

The result is institutional grade discipline at fund of one resolution: per SPV transparency, per investor entitlement, per transaction lineage, delivered without the headcount or spreadsheet sprawl that erode returns and accountability in conventional structures.

    Architecture

    Six layers, one record

The platform is organised as six interoperating layers. Each owns a distinct concern, exposes a defined contract, and reads from the same canonical ledger, so a change in one layer never silently invalidates another.

    Layer 01

    Issuance Layer

Structured issuance of notes, equity, convertibles, and co investment interests through dedicated Mauritius SPVs. Each issuance carries machine readable terms, coupon, tenor, security, distribution waterfall, so downstream registry, custody, and reporting systems consume a single source of truth from day one.

    Layer 02

    Investor Registry

A continuously reconciled ledger of beneficial owners, holdings, KYC state, and entitlement. The registry is the authoritative record for cap table integrity, secondary transfers, and corporate actions, and exposes auditable read access to the administrator, auditor, and the investor themselves.

    Layer 03

    Custody & Segregation

SPV level segregation of cash, securities, and underlying collateral, held with licensed custodians and bank counterparties. Ring fencing isolates investor recourse to the specific opportunity, eliminating cross contamination between unrelated mandates.

    Layer 04

    Settlement & Payments Rails

Multi currency settlement across USD denominated investor flows and local currency deployment, executed through KingdomPay. Pre funded operating accounts, FX policy, and reconciliation engines remove manual handoffs between treasury, administrator, and custodian.

    Layer 05

    Data & Reporting Fabric

A normalised data model spanning SPV financials, portfolio company KPIs, ESG metrics, and risk indicators. Quarterly statements, capital account schedules, and regulator facing filings are generated from the same warehouse, ensuring numerical consistency across every artefact the investor receives.

    Layer 06

    Controls & Compliance

Identity, sanctions, suitability, and transaction monitoring controls embedded into every workflow. Policy gates are enforced in code, not in checklists, so AML, FATCA/CRS, and investor eligibility rules execute deterministically on every subscription, redemption, and distribution.

    Design Principles

    How the platform is built

    Composable, not monolithic

Each capability, registry, custody, settlement, reporting, is a discrete service with defined contracts. Components evolve independently without replatforming the whole stack, and third party administrators or auditors integrate against published interfaces.

    Deterministic by design

Workflows execute against a single canonical record. Subscription, allocation, cash movement, and statement generation share the same identifiers, eliminating reconciliation drift between front office, fund administration, and investor reporting.

    Reporting as a primary output

Investor statements, performance attribution, and risk dashboards are not generated retroactively, they are continuously assembled as transactions land. Quarterly reporting becomes a snapshot of an already current state, not a month end project.

    Audit grade observability

Every transaction, approval, and document carries an immutable lineage. Auditors, regulators, and investor due diligence teams can trace any number on any statement to the originating instruction, with timestamps and approver identity.

    Stack Map

From investor surface to data plane

A pragmatic view of the platform, what investors touch, what runs the operation, what enforces policy, and what holds the truth.

    Outcomes

What this delivers for the capital relationship

    Investor trust

Every number on every statement traces to a signed transaction. Disputes resolve to lineage, not to interpretation.

    Capital efficiency

Faster settlement, lower idle cash, and tighter FX execution compound into measurable basis points of return retention.

    Operational leverage

The platform supports incremental SPVs and programmes without linear headcount growth, discipline scales with assets, not staff.
