    Overview

Continuation & Secondary Vehicles offer two complementary roles: providing liquidity to existing holders of mature assets, and extending the runway of high conviction positions through fresh capital re underwriting.

The structure suits allocators seeking entry into proven assets with shorter remaining hold periods and clearer exit visibility.

    Structure
    • 01New SPV (continuation vehicle) acquires interests from the legacy SPV at an independently advised price.
    • 02Existing holders elect to roll, exit, or partial exit; new investors subscribe into the continuation vehicle on fresh terms.
    • 03Governance, fee structure, and exit horizon are re set for the new vehicle.
    Eligible investors
    • Secondary focused allocators and funds of funds
    • Family offices entering proven assets with shorter holds
